HD Process manufacture Stainless Static Mixers in a range of sizes from ½ inch 10 inches. Our static mixers are off the shelf in stainless steel with Triclover connections but can be made to order in other materials and with other connections.
We calculate flow rate, pressure drop and mixing ability for your product duties and can recommend a suitable mixer for you.
- Available in both flat folded and helical Internal parts - Flat folded mixers tend to be the go to standard for turbulent flows. For high viscosity and low flow fluids Helical sections may be preferred.
